Selah

One of the most beautiful words in the Old Testament is found in Psalms.

“Selah”

The word, in its most literal translation, is a call “to pause and reflect”.

"Selah" in our cabin by the pond.

All too often, we hear a word of Wisdom, meet one of the “Saints Among Us”, catch a beam of inspiration and fail to fully appreciate the color and grace and beauty they bring into our journey.

This space is set aside as a place to pause and reflect. I’ll share scripture that speaks to me, art, books and music that deliver inspiration, people who offer encouragement in this journey.

"Blessed are those who have learned to acclaim you, who walk in the light of your presence, Lord." Psalm 89:15
